Exercise & Evaluation

Stronghold leverages Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) compliant exercises to evaluate understanding. FEMA describes exercises as a key component of preparedness by providing the organization with the opportunity to shape planning, assess and validate capabilities, and address areas for improvement. Our exercise and evaluation process addresses specific preparedness priorities. These priorities are informed by risk and capability assessments, findings, and actions from previous events. These priorities guide the overall direction of an exercise program and the design and development of individual exercises.

Our discussion-based exercises familiarize participants with current plans, policies, agreements, and procedures or may be used to develop new plans, policies, agreements, and procedures. We utilize Tabletop Exercises to involve key personnel while discussing simulated scenarios in an informal setting.
